Default behavior: when "Show Year with Albums" is enabled under interface settings, the Default skin will show the year in parentheses next to the album. Example, if you go into Spotty -> Artists -> (select an artist) -> Albums, it will show the year next to the album. (And it won't if "Show Year with Albums is disabled".) Material uses a protocol which is closer to the one used by Touch/Radio/Squeezeplay. Hi - I love Material Skin! There's a discrepancy in how it behaves compared to the default skin, though, when using Spotty and I'm wondering if it is just me or if there's a bug? For me, Material Skin doesn't show the year if it is enabled (or disabled) following the same path into an album. I've checked on a browser as well as with the android app. I don't know if it's extra info or not, but Material Skin does display the year in parentheses after the album when browsing local music. Do you have other players ? What I see from this log is that the session between LMS and the bridge ends up before it should (not the session between the bridge and the player) and that explains why. It looks more like some kind of networking error or your PC closing the socket prematurely. Hello Phillipe and all. I have used UPNpBridge for a few years, and have never been able to fully resolve the track skipping/truncating issue reported by various people here, and I am hoping you can make some suggestions based on a recent log. I have recently reinstalled LMS 8.2.1 on a Win 10 HP Spectre i7 laptop, and UPNpBridge is installed from the plugin list. I have tried to return the Bridge settings to close to default before taking this log. (i don't see a "restore default settings" option, and trying to delete Preference/cache files in the various ProgramData folders did not seem to reset the Bridge settings.) I have previously tried changing various settings in the Bridge, including trying Transcode in all of PCM, Flac and Mp3 modes, but still get the same track truncating as with passthrough, and as with any other settings i have tried. in the case of the current log playing MP3 files in my library, each of the first 4 tracks played part way through, then skipped to the next track before the end. Thanks. I'm not that impressed by ipeng If only there was a standalone material app which by far is the best controller yet. I save a Material link to the home screen. Looks like RTBF is working again - broadly. They are about 1 minute out with their timings for songs (with Jam. anyway) which is a bit of an issue - but progress at least.
