Hi Danull, See my later post - where I clicked on the I have an account - that worked. Got my Touch today - working well. Except cannot start my free Napster trial. On mysqueezebox.com I get the message Oops Logitech are aware of this error... and on the Touch I get a parse error. Ok, bizarrely, I got into Napster by clicking on the I have an account, entering a username and password, andit let me in (weird) - but now I have the problems that I think others have, i.e. when I try to use Napster i get a timeout error, and cannot hear anything.
