I will upgrade the server over the weekend and see if it helps. Thanks!

I have been experiencing this exact same problem. The frequency of it
happening seems to vary e.g. today it has been happening on every third
or fourth track on one of the Qobuz playlists. It can happen on
relatively short tracks (e.g. 3 or 4 mins), not just the longer songs.

I have LMS running on Raspberry Pi. Players are also Raspberry Pi. This
didn't seem to happen when I first had LMS setup, but over the past year
or so it has become a more regular occurrence. Tried a few different
setups to see if it made any difference (e.g. LMS and Player on same
device, both setup using PiCorePlayer; LMS and Player on different
devices etc.) but unfortunately the problem continues to rear its head.
