[SlimDevices: Plugins] Using PC vs NAT for Server
Hi to All, A Qnap box was recently acquired and now Qnap, apparently, is not currently supporting Squeezebox. Most likely the Qnap will go back. I'm checking Synology's user forums for an alternate. The plan for the Qnap was to move the music library on to the LAN and stream with SBT. No interest in the Qnap's RAID capabilities. Perhaps a better product for the music project is a dedicated PC. Any comments appreciated especially about issues where the NAS would be superior.
