Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Spotty: Can not login in Spotify
Hi, Also using Max2Play at a RPI2 with same LMS version - just did an update including the spotty module version v2.3.1 and after this I could not log at Spotify via LMS - then I retyped the login creditials and I could then log at spotify again, but the slim players (Squeezebox) and Hifiberry soundcard only play noise which sounds nasty. When playing noise the Logitech webinterface says "Ogg Vorbis (spotify) converted to PCM" - not sure it did this before this update. Right now I'm not able to use Spotify together my LMS :( Don't know if it means anything, but I don't use the Spotify connect function - only control the LMS via app's and web interface. Tried to see if some sound output setting is wrong since I don't think the sound should be converted to PCM, but can't find anything about it. derider's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62696 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108909 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Hi Michael, I found the settings and tried to change the binary settings a couple of times and then put the settings to default (automatic chosen) and then restarted the LMS and this tricked the LMS to be able to play music from Spotify again :D - The automatic settings chosen now are the "muslhf" version - which was the settings before I played around with the binary settings - no logic here, but it worked. Thank you for your support - much appreciated. derider's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62696 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108909 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)
Thank you Triode and Joede121, Login to your nas server with user root by using a ssh client (like Putty) - copy & paste cd /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotify/Bin/arm-linux/ ./spotifyd & Spotify works well on my Synology 212+ and 5.0 now - it really saved my day :-) derider's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62696 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)
Hi ckfree3344 Do as you you did before : Here is what I did. Terminal ssh root@ipadress then I entered password (same as admin) Then copy and paste this line below in one piece (Maybe right click at mouse in shh client to paste) - remember to take the Space and & included. Then press enter and you should be ready to go. /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotify/Bin/arm-linux/ ./spotifyd & You don't need to use "dir" or "cd" to get it to Work. derider's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62696 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)
Thank you Triode, Spotify works well on my Synology 212+ and 5.0 with LMS 7.7.3 - after installing Triode plugin 2.3.4 No need to start the App Helper or use fancy tricks :-) derider's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62696 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Windows 8 App
Hi, I'm having a DS 212+ with DSM 5 update 1 and LMS 7.7.3 - just added the Squeeze remote app on my Win8.1 machine with touchscreen. I can confirm it Works well and it's a huge improvement instead of the Logitech web interface. It did not take long time to make the trial to my own app :) The design of the squeeze remote app works well for me - just place it in a spilt window and you can easily control you squeezebox players. If I schould give suggestion of improvement to the design of the app - it would be. 1. If it's possible - to add a function that on request can control all the players volume at the same time? 2. To jump to functions like your Spotify playlist - we need to click at my programs, spotify, playlist and then chose your chosen album - would it be possible to add your own customized favorrit in the "More" button that will take you directly to your favorit play operators like Spotify services, pod cast, or Wimp services? I believe that the Logitech remote controller has a similar function where you can add a submenu to the main menu. Hope my explanation make sense to you. After a couple of month with trouble getting the software from Synology, Triode, Logitech, Squeeze Remote and other to Work togerher - it Works well Again - now Logitech just have to start produce the Logitech Squeezebox solution Again :D derider's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62696 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97998 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
