OK thank you, I can confirm it's definitely working now the spotify dashboard has been updated, will keep an eye on rate limiting now and report back if I get any more. > Spotify only updates the dashboard once a day. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 4.4 - more personalised content
I hate to say me too, but two LMS systems that I look after have suffering the same. I've set up client IDs on both, but we're still getting the rate limiting messages. What I have noticed is that the spotify dashboard is not updating with requests - it still says "No data available.", so has the ClientID configuration taken? It's definitely in the configuration page. Am on latest 8.0.1. ---- rhas010's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57399 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112962 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.8.x - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Hi Michael, I too cannot get the new 2.8.0 spotty to work, but that's because I'm on arm-aarch64. Looking through the github history I can't see that this ever existed, but it definitely worked until I upgraded! Here's the necessary details: There has been a problem running the Spotty helper application. Most likely your operating system and/or platform is not supported. Please report the following details to me: Operating system: Debian / aarch64-linux Helper Applications Folder: /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Bin/aarch64-linux /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Bin /usr/local/sbin /usr/local/bin /sbin /bin /usr/sbin /usr/bin /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/Bin /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/Bin/arm-linux ldd (Debian GLIBC 2.24-11+deb9u4) 2.24 Best wishes Toby ---- rhas010's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57399 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110455 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Thanks Michael. mherger wrote: > Go to Settings/Advanced/Spotty instead. The Spotty app isn't in the dropdown there, either, but the Settings/Plugins list does say that it's installed. ---- rhas010's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57399 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108898 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

True - thanks for pointing that out - but I want to run raspbian for other reasons and not have it just as an LMS so having h/w floating point is helpful for some of the other things I have in mind... If push comes to shove I can always get another one and put squeezeplug on it, of course, but I'd prefer not to if at all possible. ---- rhas010's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57399 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)
Hi all, I'm not sure if this is appropriate but given the number of people interested in an armhf build of libspotify for Raspbian I thought I'd point people at this webpage: community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/armhf-Spotify-library-for-DIY-projects/idi-p/140972 I'm a little sceptical that adding kudos will help but it certainly can't harm! (I'm not the person who created the idea FWIW). ---- rhas010's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57399 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
