You can't use CLI for that. CLI controls the server. What you want to do is change the client you control, this is a purely user interface level activity. I found the documentation and have tried to find any command to change player that I control with my radio, but I have no luck. I also turned on many server logs to find the command "Choose player" but no luck their either. Guess it's not possible to control menu options on a player, only playback commands.
