The menus are enabled (Genres and New Albums). They display correctly within the Custom Browse item. I'm using SBS 7.6.2 - r33593 (last night's nightly). Are they activated in "SBS Settings/Custom Browse/Enabled menus" ?
If so, could you please post or mail me your custombrowse.prefs file,
it's in the preference folder, you will find it's location in "SBS
Settings/Information"
Which SBS version are you using ?
Do the menus display correctly inside the "Custom Browse" menu item ?

There is now a new "Hide Menus" plugin available (7.6+ only) which

Looks like there is some bug in the menu replacement code in 7.6 and
later, the SBS code has changed a bit so I need to adapt Custom Browse
to the new behavior.
