For some reason, the server wasn't turned on in MusicIP. The thing that I had to do was go to PrefsServices and hit the START button. Before I did that, when I tried they url, I got an error (probably 404). When I went to PrefsServer the connect to server box was checked. When I hit Test Connection button it said connection was ok (even though it wasn't...at leas from what I saw). Once I found that Start button, I restarted LMS, it rescanned, and I now have another toy to play with. I've looked at other similar posts but have not seen the answer so please don't tell me to read other posts (unless one has the specific answer). I just installed MusicIP. I'm used to running MusicIP headless on a Linux box, so I'm not sure how much I can help you with the GUI on Windows, but here's a little tip. In the LMS web ui, click on a song link on the left side of the window. You should get a lot of information about the song, and a link to Create MusicIP mix.
