[SlimDevices: Plugins] Is Softqueeze still the best PC based player to use?
I'm just wondering whether there is a better solution to playing on the PC (or Mac) than Softsqueeze? I never got around to installing and and before I do I thought I'd see whether there are any better alternatives? However it's about as basic as it gets, with no display the only way to tell it what to play is with the browser, or squeezeplay if you are playing with the beta. I cant seem to make it sync either it just goes mental causing SC7.2 to lockup and generally be unhelpful. Right now SoftSqueeze is your best bet. There is a compiled version of SqueezePlay in some of the 7.3 nightly builds. Right now it doesn't include audio playback, just the same Jive interface as the Controller. There is however a lot of progress being made on SqueezePlay at the moment.
