Hello, I have the same issue, but only when I use it with my Transporter. When Squeezer or Orange Squeeze drives my SqueezeRadio, I can see my 10 applications,including TIDA, Deezer ... When Squeezer or Orange Squeeze drives my Duet receiver, I can see my 10 applications,including TIDA, Deezer ... When Squeezer drive my Transporter, several applications disappear: I can see only 3 applications : Qobuz, Youtube, Radio Paradise, all other applactions have disapeared ( TIDAL, Deezer ...) If I use my Duet Controller, I can see all 10 applications when I drive my Transporter, so I can access to TIDAL. All work well using my Duet controller. Squeezer driving SqueezeRadio: 30236 Squeezer driving Transporter: 30237 So, it is a problem using only Squeezer, or Orange Squeeze I have the same result : when I select the Transporter , I can find only 3 application ( so no Deezer, no TIDAL, no Shoutcast...) if I select my Squeezebox Radio, I can see the 10 applications I have installed. But if I use a Duet controller, it can see all applications using the Transporter. Last remark : My transporter doesn't appear in the list of players in mysqueezebox.com. it is perhaps the reason of the issue? But I have not found a way to register my Transporter and it was not bought new. How could I regsiter it in the list of my players? Yesy I bought one of the players used,it must be the one that not working.But it was a while back and now I dont know who he is.Is there a way to reset the player? The other option mentioned in that message was to get in touch with support. I have orange squeeze on my Samsung Galaxy ace 4 mobile and it have been working fine and I have been able to use Tidal. But today when starting the app and going to my programs I get the message: This player is allreday registered to another user.If you bought it from some one you should ask the person to remove the player from his account. thereafter try again. Otherwise you can get help from www.mysqueezebox.com/support. What to do I just see that text not the Tidal icon..
