The first rows indicate rating information in SBS/LMS database, the
second in the TrackStat tables.
The next time TrackStat does its refresh operation it should be
synchronized, by default this happens after a server restart or after a
rescan, unless you have disabled the refresh operations in TrackStat
settings. If you have disabled them, you can manually do a refresh
through the button in the backup section of TrackStat settings pages.
TrackStat and my other plugins generally uses the information in the
TrackStat tables, so as long as you are only using ratings with these it
should work correctly even if the numbers aren't synchronized.

You will get to the same page as before by clicking on the "TS" button
in the song details page, the change was introduced with the onebrowser
work in SBS 7.6.

It runs a bit slower on SQLite compared to MySQL, it will finish
eventually but in a large library it can take some time.
