Yes please, it would be great to see a dump with the fields actually
not just empty. Maybe next to that it would be nice if you could say
what platform is the exporter (ie. is it Cisco ASA NSEL or something
else? It can be a start in determining whether this is generic enough).

Configure fails to find /usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so on 64-bit 
CentOS. You might want to add that to the list of search directories in 
configure.in?
