Note that we are using the embedded web stuff and it crashes from time
to time and when it crashes you have to restart the app.  The bad news
is that we don't want to restart the app since it's doing other stuff.

It's a infrequent problem but just be aware that it exists.

Not that I'm aware of.  I did however post yesterday a recipe to
generate CGI objects from HTTP::Request objects.  It's only sufficient
for trivial things, though.
