that was extraordinarily unspecific ;) to be more so, on sparc64, passes
regress and i've got running a pg/perl app running on that sparc64
working ok.

OpenBSD libtool include path

2008-02-12 Thread Alexander Bluhm
Hi,

When I tried to compile the x11/openmotif port, it did not work
because the compiler used the old include files from the installed
openmotif package. Of course, it should use the include files from
the port that is currently compiled.

Then I used OpenBSD libtool instead of GNU libtool but compiling
failed with the same error.

I think the relative -I paths should be sorted in front of the
absolute ones. Then the current port is searched first and after
that /usr/local/include.

With this patch, OpenBSD libtool can compile openmotif-2.3.0p0 even
if openmotif-2.1.30.5p2 is still installed.

Are there any libtool regression tests?

ok ?

bluhm

This one has to be reviewed wrt upgrade path, i suppose it should
@conflict claws-mail-clamav-<=3.2.0p0 or @pkgpath mail/claws-mail,-clamav
gotta do some tests.

And finally, here's a new diff that cleans/reorders LIB_DEPENDS/WANTLIB(/-main)
http://gcu.info/~gaston/patches/claws-mail-3.3.0_2.diff
make port-lib-depends-check seems still happy.

ok ?

The diff fixes the problem we were seeing when both python and gtk2
flavors were enabled.
Builds fine with gtk2, both with and without python flavor, but make
port-lib-depends-check is not happy :

WANTLIB += Xau Xcomposite Xcursor Xdamage Xfixes Xi Xinerama Xrandr
WANTLIB += expat

the attached diff fixes it, and building with no_x11 flavor is fine with
it too (all tests @i386, gotta fire the u60 to test sparc64).

[still new]: aircrack-ng-1.0-beta2

2008-02-12 Thread Stefan Sperling
Update for this port I made ages ago.

Back than many tools in this suite didn't even compile,
but in the 1.0 line, which is still considered experimental,
support for OpenBSD has improved quite a bit. E.g. arp injection
is possible provided you have a card that can run in monitor mode.

Both patches included in this port have already been applied
upstream and will be part of future versions.

Tested on OpenBSD-current/i386 with a Ralink card.

the 4 part version causes the problem

Works okay on i386 with very light testing.

SDL sounds were working and the quit button
from window decoration works now in the main menu.

But the name of the project was changed some years ago. And you can see the
same name in FreeBSD and NetBSD ports trees

It would make more sense to keep the name of the port the same then.

It is reincarnation of apc-upsd. If my port will be added to the tree, apcupsd
should be removed

Devin Reade was a maintainer of OpenBSD specific part of code. I have some
conversation with him and he told me, that he have no objections of my
maintaning this port.

How does it relate to sysutils/apc-upsd ?

NEW: apcupsd

2008-02-12 Thread Kirill S. Bychkov
Hi [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I have made an effort to make a port of apcupsd. It is daemon for controlling
APC UPSes. It also have CGI scripts for monitoring and graphical monitor for
multiple UPSes.

DESCR:
Apcupsd can be used for power mangement and controlling most of APC's
UPS models. Apcupsd works with most of APC's Smart-UPS models as well as
most simple signalling models such a Back-UPS, and BackUPS-Office.
During a power failure, apcupsd will inform the users about the power
failure and that a shutdown may occur. If power is not restored, a
system shutdown will follow when the battery is exhausted, a timeout
(seconds) expires, or runtime expires based on internal APC calculations
determined by power consumption rates.

Needs testing, cause I have no hardware to test on. Any comments?
