Import connectagram 1.1.1, looks good to sthen@

Connectagram is a word unscrambling game. The board consists of several
scrambled words that are joined together. You can choose the length of
the words, the amount of words, and the pattern that the words are
arranged in. The game provides a hint option for times when you are
stuck, and features an online word lookup that fetches the definitions
of each word from Wiktionary. Your current progress is automatically
saved.

Import tanglet-1.2.1, looks good to sthen@

Tanglet is a single player word finding game based on Boggle. The
object of the game is to list as many words as you can before the time
runs out. There are several timer modes that determine how much time you
start with, and if you get extra time when you find a word.

You can join letters horizontally, vertically, or diagonally in any
direction to make a word, so as long as the letters are next to each
other on the board. However, you can not reuse the same letter cells in
a single word. Also, each word must be at least three letters on a
normal board, and four letters on a large board.

NEW: mail/rss2email

2013-06-26 Thread Stuart Henderson
Two ports enclosed, mail/rss2email and its dependency converters/py-html2text.
The latter conflicts with the existing converters/html2text; I had a quick
attempt at renaming the script to de-conflict but it didn't work - so I have
just left them conflicting as nothing depends on the ~9y old unmaintained
C++ converters/html2text.

html2text is a Python script that converts a page of HTML into clean,
easy-to-read plain ASCII text. Better yet, that ASCII also happens to be
valid Markdown (a text-to-HTML format).

rss2email is a free tool for delivering news from RSS feeds to your
email program.

..

Tester notes: this is super-easy to use. If you're too lazy to read the
docs, you can configure like so:

r2e new email
r2e add http://www.undeadly.org/cgi?action=rss

If your mail server requires a valid From: address, set DEFAULT_FROM in
~/.rss2email/config.py (see
/usr/local/share/examples/rss2email/config.py.example).

Optionally, if you want to skip sending mail for any existing stories,
r2e run --no-send.

Then add r2e run from cron and check your mail.

..

OK to import?

UPDATE: print/lout to 3.40

2013-06-26 Thread Joerg Jung
Hi

please find below an update for lout to version 3.40.
Release mail can be found here:
http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/lout-users/2013-06/msg00016.html

Added myself as maintainer, as I use this on a regular basis.

I thought about merging -doc and -main into a single package for
simplification, but did not for now.

Comments? OKs?

Regards,
Joerg

NEW: p5-UUID

blambert has something which wants this. OK to import?

This is a Perl extension for using UUID interfaces as defined in e2fsprogs,
providing three routines allowing UUIDs to easily be generated and parsed.

please find below an update for lout to version 3.40.

Added myself as maintainer, as I use this on a regular basis.

I thought about merging -doc and -main into a single package for
simplification, but did not for now.

 Comments? OKs?

Can you fix up spaces-tabs in the Makefile please? e.g. on the
COMMENT-main, DISTNAME, PKGNAME-doc and MASTER-SITES lines.

Is USE_GROFF actually needed? (If so then I would change the
spacing style to match the rest of the Makefile, otherwise this is
a cue that it hasn't been looked at since the bulk changeover ;)

Also not sure if it really makes sense to have separate packages
for -doc, but I think that would make sense as a separate diff later.

If you're brave, you may also look at this old diff from me:

http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-portsm=131534219626722w=2

The problem is that I didn't get the necessary quirk working, not
even the one from sthen@.

(But that shouldn't stop you from the update anyway)

Ciao,

Re: NEW: textproc/the_silver_searcher

2013-06-26 Thread Florian Stinglmayr
Hi list,

After testing on amd64 and i386 I found a segmentation fault in
the_silver_searcher and wrote a patch for it: With the patch I did not
have any segmentation faults or problems with the port so far on the
architectures amd64 and i386.

I will of course send the patch upstream, but I'd like to know if you
have anything to say about the patch.

Regards,
Florian
