I remember now. It was vice versa. These versions are the last versions that
work with the DBIx::Class version in OpenBSD's ports tree. The Catalyst version
in OpenBSD's ports tree might actually work with more recent DBIx::Class
versions - if there weren't other issues with Moose 1.24.

IIRC Catalyst is broken anyway since the update to Moose 1.24. I no longer use
OpenBSD (although I'm wondering whether switching to Linux was the right
decision in the light of current events), but updated and tested ports are here
in case anybody is interested: https://github.com/voegelas/openbsd-mystuff
