Argh, cvs doesn't cope with updating the version of a cvs rm'd file
(cvs update: conflict: removed patch-... was modified by second party)

Please remove

patch/patch-gfx_src_gtk_nsDeviceContextSpecG_cpp*
patch/patch-gfx_src_gtk_nsScreenGtk_cpp*

after patching

The patches was to be removed anyway.
