PATCH: GNU Mirrors
Correct file path on ftp.cs.univ-paris8.fr and correct leading white space for ftp.sunet.se. Remove ftp.wustl.edu, ftp.rediris.es, ftp.uvsq.fr who no longer appear on the official list and fail my ports survey. Replace them with mirrors that tested well. PATCH: GNU Mirrors
My port survey revealed that ftp.[eu.]uu.net and gatekeeper.dec.com have chronic failures. Further research confirmed the uu.net servers are not even on the official mirrors page anymore. While gatekeeper is still on the list, it has continuously had more URLs fail than work. Most recently 70 failures out of 120. Attached patch replaces all three servers with a geographically diverse mix of better performing servers. Questions?
