Since bumping all packages containing static libraries (~1200 of them)
manually each time an arch moves to PIE isn't really viable, anyone have
a good idea? Bumping libc major would get most (though possibly not
all) of them updated..

Though OTOH, why is xmoto even using the static lib in the first place...hmm...
