If you know you are interested, the 3-day passes are $5 cheaper this first week that they are on sale (they went on sale this past Saturday). and SXSW kicked butt this year...saw some amazing shows, especially the Sadies showcase on Saturday - they are playing all kinds of non-surf stuff that I hadn't heard before, really top quality. The Bloodshot showcase smoked with the Meat Purveyors, Neko Case, and a really drunken, really funny Wacos show.
