I have found hmailserver as an easy alternative, but I am not successful yet to do the same which I could with postfix in Linux. hmailserver always throws error destination is not allowed for delivery . Could anyone by any chance have any clue / fix ? For the window boxes, is there anything similar like postfix ? Windows servers come with an SMTP service that should be able to do that. Or do you want an SMTP service on every developer client? Why would you want to do that instead of running an infrastructure server providing this service for the developer clients? Could anyone by any chance have any clue / fix ? Define the same. What are your requirements? Without knowing them, the only thing we could tell you is that hMailServer most likely does not have the exact same functionality as Postfix.
