This text:

451 OutgoingFilter Connection timeout

is not a Postfix error message. Postfix is only the messenger of
bad news. To understand why the bad news was sent, ask the sender.

As an aside, may I recommend updating your Postfix to the latest
version (2.8)? The default CentOS version of 2.3 is ancient in Postfix
years. :)

Google "postfix centos 2.8" and a howto I wrote will pop up as the top
hit. All settings from your current Postfix install will be
maintained.

I think that Yahoo, as well as Hotmail, probably AOL has some type of
hardware which blocks certain types of connections. And yahoo isn't known to
be easy to getting any answers from, somewhat like winning the lottery,
unfortunately. However they do wide range of tests to make sure connection
is genuine, therefore to rule out misconfiguration on your side a fully
functional dns is recomended. If you can give some more info how your setup
looks like, and if yahoo specific is the problem, perhaps anyone will be
able to help you to dig into the problem.
