Hi Mateusz! :D

It looks like it's because you've specified --prefix, configure seems to
set SHAREDIR to $PREFIX/share. I can't say I've ever changed the
defaults much, but you'll probably find more answers in the configure.in
file.

I understand.
I copied PostGIS scripts back to SHAREDIR of PostgreSQL and it works,
so I think it hasn't broken my installation.
