PowerBook 1400c won't turn on

When I press the on button or reset button in back, nothing happens.  It
happened once before (2 weeks ago) but resolved itself.  Is this a pram
battery issue that I have been reading about?  Any suggestions as to what I
should be doing next?

Ethernet PC Card for PowerBook 1400c

I am looking for an Ethernet PC Card for a PowerBook 1400c.  I am running
System 8.6 and believe I need a driver as well?  Does such a solution still
exist?  If so do you know of a source?
