Application called Processor

Hey all,
I'm trying to find an old application called, Processor.  It showed  
how much CPU was being used at any one time, and by which programs.   
Googling for something called processor is futile, I've tried.

I have always used CokaCoda, which uses LAME.
 For playing files I have always liked SoundApp, instead of iTunes

Hi,
You can still download iTunes 2.0.4 at VersionTracker.com for Mac OS,  
however, it says OS 9.0.4 or higher.  The only Web browser that I  
know of that is still being actively developed for Mac OS 8.6 and  
above is iCab.  There is a new Beta3 version available for that.
