1400 cs question

2002-11-18 Thread aly
Hey, all,

Does anyone know a good place to look to find out what 1400 cs machines
are going for these days? We may have to part with one, sadly, due to
financial woes. Thanks for any advice.

Easiest is to search for completed items on ebay.

Strangely, I think the value of 1400's if you take them apart and sell the
pieces separately exceeds the value you might get for one sold as a unit by
quite a bit. Or at least separate any RAM expansions, video cards, the
display, A/C adapter, battery, and floppy or CD-Rom drive modules. Plus
you can mark up the shipping a little and make money on that, too- many
people seem to mark up the shipping to compensate for the % that
paypal/Ebay take off the top- it seems that Ebay doesn't take a % of the
calculated shipping for the auction (at this time).

Search for completed auctions for 1400's then search again for the
individual components and I think you'll see what I mean.

Depends on ram load, hd size, add ons. I'd be interested in purchasing
yours.

What are the specs?
