Hi, I don't know anything about wiring the connector, but perhaps you could find an adapter. I've been having good luck finding some parts on ebay.
I also found this page that describes the different types of scsi connectors (the illustrations seem to be actual size on my computer, which is cool). That helped me better search ebay for the parts I needed. Here's a link. http://www.scsimasters.com/cguide.html Also, I have found several AC adapters available for sale on ebay. The same adapter is used for the 140-180 powerbooks, and you can often find a powerbook for sale that includes an AC adapter for $20 or less.
