Color Stylewriter 2400 breaks in Ukraine

Hello all,

My Color Stylewriter 2400, which had been working like a dream here,
yesterday, when turned on, began making a clacking news during the start
up.  I opened it up and cannot see what could be obstructing one of the
gears. I think I will have to take it apart.  Does anyone know whether I
can get the manual or at least an exploded view on the WEB?  Is this,
perhaps, [hopefully], a known problem that can be easily fixed?

I cannot work here without a printer.
