Remember, not all Kangas came with the combined ethernet/ modem card. Mine just has the modem card and so I use a 56k pcmcia modem card which would improve the speed from the original 33.6 anyway.
First I've ever heard of Kangas with a modem-only card. I _have_ seen ethernet-only cards in low-end 3400s, but not the reverse. Of course, as yer down-undah maybe y'all got something different than what shipped to USA customers.

Sorry to those confused by my earlier post. Obviously I was too. : ( Dan was correct; my Kanga only comes with the ETHERNET card.
