Be also aware that HDs come in various thiknesses, I think 9, 12 and 15 mm.
And I think the 1400 uses the thinest of these.
And then there are the different sets of holes for the screws...

No, the 1400 takes 17mm drives (the tallest available). So any HD will 
do. Inside you need a Phillips head and a Torx T8.
