Actually, it could well not even be her fault.

There is a specific e-mail header automated notices like vacation notices like
this are supposed to have, so that this very situation can avoided with
various filtering tools in listserv software.

Sometimes they're weird and require tweaking on the part of the list manager
to catch. 

Sometimes they're implemented poorly by the senders ISP, system admin, or the
mail program. Then you have to unsub the person, or otherwise filter out those
emails.

Long story short...it ain't necessarily her fault...

Also notice that exactly _one_ of these messages got through...

No your aren't.  Other lists I'm on would have unsubscribed her for
this but contacting her first IMHO is a good step.  She may just
unsubscribe herself or turn it off.
