 Position Summary

 In-depth hands on knowledge and understanding of Data stage Data Warehouse
design, concepts and Methodologies.  Extensive work experience in a GUI
based ETL tool such as Ascential/IBM Web Sphere Data Stage 7.5.2 and 8.0.
High level of ETL design experience, ability to assist lead in mentoring
medium sized team of Data Stage ETL developer.  Excellent interpersonal
skills and clear communication skills required.

 Minimum Qualifications

 Strong proven ability to work with GUI based ETL tools specifically

 Technical feasibility analysis during project planning and design.

structures to target data warehouse schemas.  Must have excellent skills in
requirements analysis, data assessment, business process re-engineering, and

end-user tools, database and SQL performance tuning.
 Experienced using Parallel Extender.
 Experienced in conversion from Server to Parallel jobs.
 Must have experience with Oracle Enterprise (Parallel extender DB driver)
 Must have extensive experience with performance tuning and optimization,
from the application layer all the way down.
 Knowledge of data set manipulation.
 Knowledge and experience with Quality, Metastage is a plus.

 Principal Accountabilities

 1. Able to take a large project (such as a server to parallel job
conversion) from inception to fruition without supervision.
2. Must be fast learner and require very little ramp up time writing and

Prairie, MN (10 miles southwest of Minneapolis).  These positions will be

I am looking for a high level functional consultant who can* **transform
data from **Peoplesoft HRMS to MS OLAP Cubes*.  Here are some of the
other issues
that need to be addressed:

Short term contract located in Dulles, VA – through Feb 2009.  The rate is
open.  All candidates must have perfect (*10/10*) communication.

1.) Validate current end to end process (from source PSFT application
through the RapidMart, TimeSeries, Cube and ultimately into Tableau).
