· Must be able to facilitate discussions with business partners and
peers to identify technical and non-technical business and system
requirements and business process changes from many sources with many levels
of complexity
· Demonstrate excellent technical writing, analytical, problem
solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills
· Experience with information architecture best practice and
taxonomy development
· Ability to identify and resolve conflicts regarding requirements
and processes among stakeholders and negotiate priorities
· Development of governance models and strategies to sustain ECM
implementations
· Development of user adoption strategies, user testing plans, and
user research strategies to successfully introduce and support ECM
implementations
· Oracle ECM product certification
ECM Project Manager
Location: SanJose,CA
Duration : 1 Year
ECM is not mandatory but good to have.Experience in handling 10+ Million
dollar projects is mandatory.ECM is also not mandatory if we get good
Project Manager.
PM 7-10 years of project management experience leading large, complex and
?time box? development projects with 10-15 staff of employees and
consultants.
· Experienced in ECM applications or ECM processes.
· Managed multiple projects across ECM or Portal
disciplines.
· Hands-on experience with a full systems life cycle methodology
from requirements to deployment (waterfall and iterative approaches).
· A proven track record of risk identification, risk mitigation,
and project delivery on-time, on budget without sacrificing scope.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and
written) used in daily interaction with direct and extended project team and
?selling? ideas and solutions to Business/IT senior management.

Location : San Jose,CA
Duration : 1 Year

For a data PM the emphasis is more on understanding a data warehouse/BI
platform, architecture, and concepts; good project management skills,
ability to manage multiple projects in parallel; someone who has had
experience working on ETLs in the past or as a technical lead in DW/BI
environments is normally more suited to this role.
· Essentially to have 5-7 years of Data Warehousing experience,
especially in High Tech
companies recently
· DataStage tool experience is mandatory for atleast 5 years.
· Good to have experience of data integration with one of the
following applications as source systems Siebel CRM, Oracle ERP or SAP CRM.
· Highly detail oriented, strong commitment to timely execution of
tasks
· Strong Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analysis skills
· Strong functional knowledge, documentation, communication and
organizational skills
