*POSITION : SAP HCM WITH SUCCESS FACTORS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT**---*DURATION
: 6+ MONTHS--LOCATION: *TUCKER, GA*



*Qualifications:*

·         SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management

·         Senior Consultant: 5 years of Experience in offering Integrated
HRIS & Talent Management solutions across different Industries with minimum
2 SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management implementations.



*Consultants should have:*



·         Certified in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management Solution

·         Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team
player

·         Expertise in SuccessFactors Project management methodology &
deliverables

·         Excellent understanding of Performance & Goal Management process
lifecycle in Global organizations

·         Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between
client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Performance & Goal
Management Solution

·         Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects
and create Solution Design SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management
Solution in compliance with the Best Practices

·         System configuration in accordance with Solution Design &
Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint

·         Expertise in developing the Business process templates for Goals
/ Competencies using XML

·         Expertise in integrating the solution with SuccessFactors / SAP
or 3rd party HRIS / Compensation & Learning Management solutions

·         Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts

·         Provide Project Team Orientation & Train the user communities
(End users / BPOs / Super Users)

·         Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new
competencies and  adapt quickly to new tasks and environments


*Position : SAP HCM  with Employee Central Success Factors
Consultant--Duration : 6 months--Location: Tucker, GA*



*Qualifications:*

·         Senior Consultant: 5 years of Experience in offering Integrated
HRIS & Talent Management solutions across different Industries with minimum
2 Success Factors Employee Central implementations.



*Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:*

·         Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution

·         Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team
player

·         Expertise in SuccessFactors Project management methodology &
deliverables

·         Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process
in Global organizations

·         Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between
client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution

·         Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global
organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM
Cloud solutions

·         Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects
and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution
in compliance with the Best Practices

·         System configuration in accordance with Solution Design &

·         Strong XML Knowledge
