*Job Description* –
The position requires a high degree of business and analytical skills to
solve complex problems, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the
demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as
the ability to work independently to deliver solutions on time. Strong
organizational skills and process documentation experience are required.
• A solid understanding of object oriented analysis and design.
• A solid interested in data categorization, analysis, statistics.
• A solid understanding of agile product development life cycle
and tools like Rally or Jeera.
- A minimum of 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with team members in India time zone.
- Experience working with clients to gather and document business and
system requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively
with external clients, stakeholders and internal team members.
- High level of organization and planning skills, ability to create
detailed plans and the diligence to follow and monitor the plans through
execution and completion.
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability to drive tasks
through completion.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing skills.
