I am looking for a high level functional consultant who can* **transform
data from **Peoplesoft HRMS to MS OLAP Cubes*. Here are some of the
other issues
that need to be addressed:
Short term contract located in Dulles, VA – through Feb 2009. The rate is
open. All candidates must have perfect (*10/10*) communication.
1.) Validate current end to end process (from source PSFT application
through the RapidMart, TimeSeries, Cube and ultimately into Tableau).
2.) Understand HR Analytics Requirements (what we have and what might
help us in the future)
3.) Best Practices in HR Analytical Reporting
4.) Data Staging Expertise – Are we staging PeopleSoft/Non-PeopleSoft
data properly for long-term success?
5.) TimeSeries Recommendations – Have we established Star Schema /
TimeSeries
data model appropriately?
6.) Cube vs. BO Reporting – What is the right tool for the job per HR
requirements?
7.) Long-term Maintenance of the environment – Have we set ourselves up
for success?
8.) Alternative recommendations – BO vs Cognos vs. Hyperion Essbase vs.
MAS Cube.
