Not on the same filter line though, unlike "To and CC" which can be combined.

How do you stop Recent mail folder from jumping to the front when new
mail arrives? I am often typing in another email when it pops front and I
lose my place.

It could be the fact that you already have opened an html message in your
web browser. The address in the web browser is exactly the same for all
html messages that you open.

From and To in the same line? I don't remember this from PM4. It's
however available in the search criteria popup in 5 at least.
