Best would be to clean-up (rebuild) all user-privilegs (should be done
from time to time).
You can do it with the harddisk-serviceprogram (part of OS-X-service-
programs) or with a tool like OnyX (http://www.titanium.free.fr/),
which is very good!

After restart PM 5 should work ...
