Well you have this copy'n'paste - with the Apple Addressbook! Open it while you're in PowerMail (I hope you have the Addressbook-icon in the menu-icon-part?). Go to the address you want to copy. Go to the icon of this address (the little profile-face). Take it with the mouse and bring it into your mail-text. You got-it?
