Ihaaa -- great !!

Didn't someone mention we could really use a manual for this app? ;-)

(Or perhaps there is some profound psychological purpose with this way --
small hidden features pop up as nice surprises in this list every now and
then, making you much more happy than if you had read about them in a
manual once and then just taking them for granted...)

this is part of PM - if an email has a green arrow (= replied to) you
just control-click onto that green arrow and select 'reveal reply'.

or am I not understanding your feature request correctly?

I think this is to batch them all together... in which case we would
need to capture the thread counts (in subject) as well.

Well if you did, PowerMail has somehow managed to erase both the
attachment and any trace of it. In which case I wouldn't be all that
interested in neither the script nor PowerMail itself anymore... ;-)

More seriously -- if you have sent it to me directly your mail has
probably got caught by SpamFire and I have not been attentive enough to
wake up by your sender name and deleted it as junk. I would appreciate if
you resend it to me. I promise I'll look more closely into SpamFire until
I receive it.

This is the last I heard from you:

I look very much forward to see it.
