Well, you are right, then PM finds SpamSieve, but it used to work before
without having to first start SpamSieve - and actually still does on my
desktop machine.

Strange indeed...

Make sure that SpamSieve is in your start-ups so that it is running when
PM wants to find it. It had me wondering for a time too...
