In this case, my guess is that you need to delete the folder:

/Users/username/Library/Application Support/PowerMail

Hi,

from the SpamSieve manual:

Quit PowerMail, then delete the folder:
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/PowerMail
and then re-launch it. (If the script files that PowerMail uses to
communicate with SpamSieve may be damaged, this will fix them.)

Did you try deleting the folder:

/Users/username/Library/Application Support/PowerMail

so that PowerMail will use fresh spam AppleScripts?
