I didn't get much of an initial response to this question when I sent it out to 
just Sentinel users so I will try again with a large group in powernet.

I wanted to see if any facilities were using emails to send Form 5s and send 
exposure request to Utilities for worker's Form 5s.

Folks,
The question as to whether licensees can use email vice snail mail came up a 
while ago through your DNP RP team. I discussed it with NRR who went through 
their Office of General Council (OGC). They confirmed that email is an 
appropriate method to send Form-5’s. 10CFR20 does not specify the US Postal 
Service as the method to communicate dose to workers; therefore, email is 
acceptable.
