[Powernet] sending Form 5s and requesting Form 5 using email instead of FAX
I didn't get much of an initial response to this question when I sent it out to just Sentinel users so I will try again with a large group in powernet. I wanted to see if any facilities were using emails to send Form 5s and send exposure request to Utilities for worker's Form 5s. Re: [Powernet] sending Form 5s and requesting Form 5 using email instead of FAX
Grand Gulf does not use email much. We have used it if someone sends a request and asks for it to be emailed, but normal process is it comes in as a fax, we send it back to a fax. I would not be opposed to email though, we would have to set up an account that everyone in dosimetry can access to check for requests. Re: [Powernet] sending Form 5s and requesting Form 5 using email instead of FAX
DC Cook does not currently e-mail Form-5s to workers. We performed an initial "what if?" look into it, passed it through our Legal folks, w/o issue, however we are still using snail mail. I'm sure most of us remember this question coming through PN around the first of the year. If the original requestor of that information tallied up those responses, can you please forward that on to Michael, and maybe the rest of us?
