FYI ....Alhamdulilah, akhirnya pada 20 April 2005 , UU APBN 2005 di-judicial review karena tidak mengalokasikan 20% dari APBN 2005 dialokasikan untuk sektor pendidikan sebagaimana diamanatkan pasal 31 ayat (4) UUD 1945 beitanya ada di majalah Trust Edisi 30 Tahun III 25 April - 1 Mei 2005 halaman 84-85 kolom hukum.
