their fuel? Especially those who are stupid enough to buy a truck or

My alternative would be to mandate all electric automobiles by a certain date 
so all manufactures would begin development now.

The production and transmission of the electricity would be by various means - 
gradually moving away from anything that burns. 
There are many good ways to make electricity that are not being promoted. Get 
the pollution off the roads and into isolated places 
so it could eventually be replaced by better, cleaner methods.

Hi Kam!

It only works currently if you only need to drive 100 miles or so between 
longish recharges. Oh, they might claim more/better but they often claim 
attractive mpg figures as well, don't they?

Warming campaign. 

Preach it brother!  Where are all the defenders of the downtrodden?  Out 
hugging trees I suppose.

I believe that the first world needs to move to alternative energy sources,
and disagree with restricting the poor to only the most expensive sources.
