Seems the same in SP2, Dan.

If you use OS(4), it returns a 1

Subject: OS() and Windows Version

The OS() function is supposed to return the Windows Version.
 From VFP9, SP1, under Windows 7, I get "Windows 6.01"

 From a Google search, this is wrong. It should be "Windows 6.1"

I have looked in the registry, which shows CurrentVersion as 6.1, and Current
Build as 7601, which agree with the published tables.

Is this a bug in VFP9, and is there a fix? (perhaps in SP2?)

Dan Covill
