I like to mess with them and ask them if they're in Professor Smith's

Foreigner ISN'T a bad word, so stop taking my wording to be so.  Yes, I 
should have said something else.  This hasn't been a red-letter day for 
me speaking properly.  I seemed to be pissing many folks off today.  
Guess I picked the wrong time to stop taking Effexor!
