Thanks, all, for the great suggestions! I'm going to take a 2 prong approach: The first time they open the form, I can at least get them to the \tsclient\users folder, since that is universal. After they locate their desktop for the first time, I'll store that path with their program login record, and default it next time. Better than nothing. What about a universal folder like \windows or \windows\temp?
